ASSISTANCE ELIGIBILITY:

District III provides assistance to local governments, organizations, businesses, and individuals living within its membership service area. Assistance decisions are made on a case by case basis, depending upon the nature of the request, the anticipated benefits, and staff availability. Service fees may be warranted if the request involves a significant amount of office resources or the activity primarily benefits a “for profit” entity.

NON-MEMBER ASSISTANCE:

From time to time, District III may consider assistance requests by groups based outside of the region. The decision to assist will be made in part, upon the potential benefits to the service area, or the impacts on an entity that has a professional relationship with District III.
