Dakota Business Finance
In partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration, Dakota Business Finance provides financing for a wide range of businesses through the SBA 504 Loan Program. This program provides fixed rate financing for the purchase of long-term assets such as the purchase of land, purchase and construction of buildings, renovate or remodel existing facilities, and/or purchase of long-term machinery and equipment. The 504 loan, or debenture, is made in conjunction with the business owner's local financial institution, which typically provides a first mortgage for up to 50% of the project cost. Dakota Business Finance provides a second mortgage for 30% to 40% of the project cost while the borrower provides a 10% to 20% equity contribution. For more information, see our web site at www.dakotabusinessfinance.com or contact Shawn Pritchett at 605-367-5353.
