PRAIRIELAND HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
AFFORDABLE HOMES AVAILABLE NOW!
Can you afford monthly house payments of $500? If you qualify, one of three remaining brand new homes in Emery or White Lake could be yours! All of the houses are available for walk-throughs.
PHD SERVICES
Prairieland Housing Development (PHD) is the name of a non-profit organization whose main goal is to support the development of affordable housing in the region. The organization is incorporated and has been recognized by the Secretary of State. PHD has also been designated as a 501(c)3 corporation.
PHD completed a pilot housing project in several communities to develop eight affordable, single family homes using the Governor’s House. They included: White Lake, Plankinton, Alexandria, and Emery.
Individuals interested in purchasing a home from PHD will be required to meet specific income limits.
In Hanson County:
- Household of 1 - $29,600
- Household of 2 - $33,850
- Household of 3 - $38,100
- Household of 4 - $42,300
- Household of 5 - $45,700
- Household of 6 - $49,100
- Household of 7 - $52,500
- Household of 8 - $55,850
In Aurora County:
- Household of 1 - $29,400
- Household of 2 - $33,600
- Household of 3 - $37,800
- Household of 4 - $42,000
- Household of 5 - $45,350
- Household of 6 - $48,700
- Household of 7 - $52,100
- Household of 8 - $55,450
